Between the top of our head down to our little toes is a great mystery, a great body of knowledge, a vessel of information and life force streaming through… rich currents, tides, pulsations, sensations, and instinctual knowledge, that move us, guide us, helps us trust, in the mist of the unknown..
Calling a circle of 77 courageous leaders, gate keepers, tradition bridges, secrets agents of change, guardians of the earth, rebels, teachers, mothers, sons, saints and shadow explorers looking to break the rigidity of the old/current model and touch the essence of a fluid, vulnerable, instinctual, receptive and deeply EMBODIED future.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a dance, a ceremony, a deep musical journey, a movement laboratory, breaking the box of all dogmatic movement disciplines. It is a sacred container, a hall of mirrors, a koan that is echoing inside of you. Through the language of the body, and the communication that is revealed through the diversity, subtlety and creativity of movement we evolve together in community, transcending the known path of movement practice. The vitality is revealed by uncovering our patterns and limitations, through the self inquiry embedded within movement, dance and stillness.
DARE to meet the unknown,

VELAN will be back in Sydney for 1 weekend ONLY after spending half the year in Pachamama Costa Rica and the Americas working with many teachers and elders form North and South America. His intension is to integrate and bridge these ancient traditions, technologies, and teachings for NOW.
